  4. To get this running, just create a folder anywhere
  5. you like and unzip Pbill120.zip to it. Then just run the
  6. program! That's all there is to it! It will create a
  7. .dat file to store your settings. It will NOT put
  8. anything in your Windows folder, your System folder
  9. or the Registry. You will need vb40032.dll to run it
  10. though. I haven't included this because it is huge and
  11. you may already have it. If not, you can download it
  12. from:

  15. This program is Emailware, see the About dialog in
  16. the program for more details.

  28. wrong for the first 12 days of a month. This version
  29. fixes this.
